EMAIL SIGN UP DISCOUNT
We offer customers the chance to sign up to our newsletter to hear about offers, special events and exclusives, for which we give you a discount off your first online order. There are some exclusions to this discount code, like Gift Vouchers, Sale items and some small brands e.g. Borja Moronta, Rosie Gore and others (see FAQ).
If you signed up after your first order, or forgot to input the code at the checkout, you can use it on your next one.
The discount needs to be used when the order is being placed online by the customer. It is not possible to use the discount for an in-store purchase (it can be used for click and collect) and the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
The email containing your code is sent within moments of you signing up, so please check your junk folder if it isn’t in your inbox because sometimes they go there. Please remember to add us to your safe list so you can hear from us in the future.
The code is active and working. Please note some exclusions apply and are not discountable. These include Gift Vouchers, Sale Items (already discounted) and items from the following small makers: Borja Moronta, Hannah Bourn Jewellery, Aku Ceramics, Blanc Ceramics, Emporium Julium, Sophia McEvoy Ceramics, Rosie Gore.
