We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Byn is Storefactory's series of ceramic houses, and the pleasure of it is in the collecting. Each house has its own shape and proportions, so three of them make a quiet cluster and nine make a village, with cut out windows that glow softly once a battery light is tucked inside.
Number 2 is one of the smaller houses at 14 cm, which makes it the piece that stops a grouping looking like a row of towers. Set it at the front of the arrangement or off to one side, and let the taller houses rise behind it. Lovely on a sideboard, a hall table or a wide windowsill, and small enough to stand alone on a shelf if space is tight. Made in untreated matte ceramic, a Storefactory hallmark, with a chalky white surface that takes the light beautifully.
Please use battery powered lights or a battery light string inside the houses only. Never place tea lights or any naked flame inside. Because each house is handmade, small dots or pits may appear in the ceramic. Ceramic can break if knocked or dropped, so handle with care and keep out of reach of small children and pets.

- Care: Dust with a dry cloth. The matte ceramic is untreated, so marks can be lifted with a specialist cleaning sponge rather than water. Avoid soaking, and handle with care as ceramic chips easily.

You can even choose your own Christmas or greetings card from our lovely selection and we will write your note on your chosen card for you.
(If you've not selected gift wrapping or a card you can still add a note in the cart and we will handwrite this for you on our comp clip and pop it into the order.)

We offer customers the chance to sign up to our newsletter to hear about offers, special events and exclusives, for which we give you a discount off your first online order. There are some exclusions to this discount code, like Gift Vouchers, Sale items and some small brands e.g. Borja Moronta, Rosie Gore and others (see FAQ).
If you signed up after your first order, or forgot to input the code at the checkout, you can use it on your next one.
The discount needs to be used when the order is being placed online by the customer. It is not possible to use the discount for an in-store purchase (it can be used for click and collect) and the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
