Bare Bones Ltd Edition Christmas 75% Thailand Dark Hot Chocolate Flakes (Vegan) - 250g
Especially for Christmas 2026, Bare Bones have created a limited edition single-origin dark chocolate - an incredible 75% Thailand - and here it is as delicious hot chocolate flakes. With taste notes of stewed fruits, cashew and orange peel, this bar contains just two ingredients: cacao and raw unrefined cane sugar.
Sourced from the Chanthaburi provenance in southern Thailand, this cacao grows amongst durian and mangosteen trees on a farm run by Khun Suriya Chaisutti and his wife Boom Khun - one of the first of a new generation of farmers to cultivate cacao in Thailand.
Gift it alongside the Ltd Edition 40% Salted White Bar and/or 75% Thailand Dark for an extra special bundle.
Customers feed back to us that they sprinkle Bare Bones hot chocolate on porridge, tiramisu, ice cream and more.
Method:
- Saucepan: Add 150ml of milk to a saucepan with 30g of chocolate. Mix with a handheld whisk until all the chocolate is melted. Continue to heat until warmed through - make sure not to simmer or overheat.
- Microwave: Add 150ml of milk to mug, microwave for 1 minute, add 30g of chocolate and whisk. (do not microwave with the chocolate on top of the milk as it can burn the chocolate).
- Velvetiser: You can also make our hot chocolate with a milk frother. Our hot chocolate flakes work perfectly with the Hotel Chocolat velvetiser.
This ratio really displays the quality of the cacao creating an incredibly special hot chocolate.
