Blanc Ceramics

Patricia García is the face behind Edinburgh based Blanc Ceramics, Lifestory's newest addition to our Local Makers collection.

Patricia uses both wheelthrowing and hand modelling techniques to create timeless pieces that marry clean, organic lines with neutral tones. She enjoys celebrating simplicity, creating beautiful pieces that bring a sense of calm to their surroundings.

Reusing all of her excess clay to prevent waste, Patricia's slow making process works from clay to glazed object in an environmentally conscious way. Each piece from Blanc Ceramics is unique owing to the method of production, ensuring each one is special in it's own way.
